The Gai Waterhouse-trained Theseo has also been targeted for the 2010 Yalumba Stakes after claiming a solid win in the Group Two Chelmsford Stakes (1600m) on Saturday.
Champion trainer Lee Freedman is hoping to have two runners in the 2010 Yalumba Stakes – the Group Two JJ Liston Stakes (1400m) runner up Predatory Pricer, and the Group Two Makybe Diva Stakes (1600m) runner up Heart Of Dreams.
Both are expected to run in the Group One Underwood Stakes (1800m) on September 18 prior to the 2010 Yalumba Stakes, before heading on to the 2010 Cox Plate.
The 2010 Yalumba Stakes will be held on the Caulfield Guineas Day which is headlined by the $1 million Group One Caulfield Guineas (1600m), the Group One Toorak Handicap (1600m), the Group Two Presentation Stakes (2400m) and the Group Two Schillaci Stakes (1000m).
